Here is a one off, 2009 Custom Handmade Monari Bros “Eclectric”model Archtop Guitar with its original hard shell plush case that came into our possession from a local Phila estate. Instrument features a rounded Venetian single cutaway and beautiful decoration on the inlays, pick guard, tailpiece and head stock. This guitar was purchased from the original owner and was handmade by Monari Bros, a custom luthier which used to be located in Oaklyn, NJ.  This guitar is 1 of only 15 that the luthier produced in his career from his shop in Oaklyn, NJ. We have been fortunate enough to have owned 2 of his fine instruments, albeit temporarily.

ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD IN AS-IS CONDITION

All of our instruments sold are in complete, working condition. This instrument was professionally inspected, repaired & given a full pro set-up by one of our favorite luthiers/guitarist/composer/teacher & fantastic all around human being as well as the co-founder of April Mae & The Junebugs, Dave "Catfish" Fecca of Dave Fecca Guitar Repair located in Moorestown, NJ.

CONDITION:
Guitar is in excellent condition, in our opinion.  If you look closely, there are some small dings on the top and on the sides of the guitar but they are easy to miss. There are some extremely tiny imperfections in assorted spots on the top, possibly from the build. Nothing that detracts from the incredible visual aesthetics of this instrument. The luthier made exceptional choices in the woods which he used on this instrument, in our opinion. A visually stunning work of art, as well as a fully functioning musical instrument.

DIMENSIONS:
   Body is 40" long x 16 1/8" wide x 3" deep; neck is 17 1/2" long x 1 3/4" wide at the 1st fret, 2 1/8" wide at the 12th fret, & 2 1/4" wide at the 17th fret.
Guitar weighs in at a very light 5 lbs, 11 oz.

NOTES:
In our opinion, this axe needs to be played a lot in order to open it up, as it has seen very little use during the past 10 years. According to the heir to the estate, instrument had been stored in its case prior to his receiving it from the estate of the original owner. We & our luthier feel that the instrument will improve greatly from significant play hours. It has not been broken in, per se. This instrument is immediately playable now & will give someone many years of infinite enjoyment. Great for jazz, rock, blues, bluegrass, C & W, etc. This instrument would give a great deal of pleasure to a collector, a recreational player, or a professional working musician.
