2015 Epiphone Les Paul Standard Pro~Aqua Quilt Top, Coil Taps, Set Neck, MIC w Case~Near Mint!

Here’s an extremely CLEAN addition to our shop, a 2015 Epiphone Les Paul Standard guitar with an aqua quilt top finish and ivory accents, manufactured in the Qingdao Plant in China (MIC). Guitar features the customary Les Paul trapezoid inlays on its 22 frets alongside an ultra-playable rosewood fingerboard and set neck. Comes with the original Epiphone plush hard case!
One of the coolest things about this axe are the coil taps for both pickups to go from a single coil to humbucking pickup sound with the simple pull of the knob. There is also a 3-way pickup selector to use bridge, neck, or both of the dual, Alnico humbucking pick ups, along with 2 separate volume and 2 tone controls, 1 of each for the individual pick ups.

• Serial number: 15091505822 (stamped on rear of head stock)
• Made in the QINGDAO PLANT in CHINA in Sept. 2015
• Solid, single-cutaway Les Paul body
• Gibson Deluxe tuners
• 22 fret rosewood fingerboard with trapezoid inlays
• Mahogany set neck
• Two Alnico humbucking pickups
• Two coil taps for each pickup to switch from single coil to humbuckers
•Two master volume & two master tone control knobs
• 3-way pickup selector switch
• Comes with its original Epiphone plush hard case

All of our instruments are in complete, working condition. This instrument was professionally inspected & given a pro set-up by one of our favorite luthiers/guitarist/composer/teacher & fantastic human being as well as the co-founder of April Mae & The Junebugs, Dave "Catfish" Fecca of Dave Fecca Guitar Repair located in Moorestown, NJ......so this axe is ready to rage!

Instrument is in NEAR MINT condition, in our opinion. Although we really do not like to use that term of condition, occasionally, there is no other term that works. There are no easily visible scratches, dings, or dents. See the photos for yourself! Yes, we do realize that the asking price is high, but essentially this is a new axe in a killer colorway. Our pix do not seem to reflect the visual aesthetic of the quilted veneers and that incredible Caribbean- like Aqua color. This axe will stand out on stage, without a doubt.

   Body is 39 5/8" long x 13" wide x 1 7/8" deep; scale is 24" and the neck is 18 1/4" long x 1 3/4" wide at the 1st fret, 2" wide at the 12th fret, & 2 1/8" wide at the 17th fret. The nut width is 1 5/8".
Guitar weighs in at a very comfortable 8 lbs, 4 oz.

This instrument is ready to rage and rock out in any environment and is ultra clean with barely a blemish on the guitar. Great for rock, metal, blues, jazz, C & W, etc. This instrument would give a great deal of pleasure to a collector, a recreational player, or a professional.

**SPECIAL NOTE: It is with a very heavy heart that we wish to share the news of the recent passing on
Dec 6, 2020, of our almost 12 year old red & white beagle, our beloved Ace. He was our mascot and namesake of this shop on Reverb.com. He gave us the initial inspiration to sign up with Reverb.com, primarily due to the name that we chose to use on this fantastic website. He was also the chief of security & official greeter for our bricks & mortar shop, always ready to engage with the customers; tail wagging, always happy & forever on the lookout for any ingestible treats that our customers wished to share with him as well as a nice butt or belly rub.
Ace is, and will continue to be, very sorely missed by all who knew him. Our shop will never be the same without his presence. But, his intense spirit and joie de vivre lives on, through our loving memories of him and also via this wonderful platform online. Love the heck out of ya, Acie!!

Sadly, Ellis
