We are offering an original framed decree from the Grand Commandery of Knights Templar of Alabama to New Jersey, measuring about 18.5” x 12.25”. Dated May 20th, 1921, this document details the transfer of one of their knights from Alabama to New Jersey in an effort to strengthen ties between the organizations and is signed by the then Grand Commander and Grand Recorder in Alabama and marked with their official seal. This piece is the perfect addition to any collection.
Black distressed wood frame with glass.
Very good to excellent condition with some expected aging of the paper but no tears. Not sure if the dirt is inside on the glass or paper. May be able to clean off.There are some missing nails on the back of the frame and the wire is missing.
