VINTAGE ROSEVILLE ART POTTERY APPLE BLOSSOM PINK HANDLED BASKET VASE 9"
Vintage Roseville art pottery handled basket/decorative vase featuring a nicely colored pink Apple Blossom pattern. Uniquely shaped vase shows a circular handle that wraps around the central opening and lips, and is finished in an earthy light brown with the texture and shape of a tree limb. Designs on both sides of the vase show raised foliage stemming from the handle flowing into white and green flowers/leaves. Complete with a circular candle-stick shaped base. Bottom marked with "Roseville, USA, 309-8".
Piece stands approximately 8 1/2" Tall x 8" Wide x 4" Deep. Base has a 4 1/2" diameter.
Good condition. Color blends beatifully getting lighter from bottom to top. No fading of the finish. Allover crazing. 3/4" chip can be seen on the bottom rim (pic 8), and there is a 1/4" crack (not all the way through) at the connection of the inner rim and handle. No other cracks, chips, or repairs.
