Vintage Air Force Vietnam War - Korean Letter of Appreciation 1969 Hangul English
We are offering a vintage letter of appreciation from the Korean Air Force to a captain from the US Air Force.
This piece is two pages, one is a much larger parchment with a decorative border and seal of the Republic of Korea Air Force, which has a letter handwritten in Korean.
The other is a smaller parchment with a typewritten English translation of the larger letter. Tube is 16"
The letter is dated to May 28, 1969, and thanks the receiver for their service to the Korean Air Force on Taegu Base from August 22, 1968 to the day the letter was dated, and their actions that deepened the friendship between the two countries. Some mention of a new weapon. Included is the tube that we received the pair in.
This piece is the perfect addition to any collection.
Excellent condition with no tears. The storage tube is missing a cap at one end.
