Here we have a set of four antique crystal salt cellars, each deeply cut and engraved with neoclassical processional scenes of robed figures beside a tree and amphora—imagery reminiscent of ancient Greek or Roman harvest rites. The work features fine intaglio engraving within thick, hand-polished crystal bodies, finished with faceted octagonal rims that catch the light beautifully.
