We are offering an antique sterling silver spoon, measuring about 5.75” long. This piece was designed by Daniel Low and manufactured by Gorham. The bowl of the spoon is a scalloped shape (perhaps it was made to be used as a grapefruit spoon) , and the handle is a lovely novelty design, with a cat curled around a broomstick and a witch at the top. The handle is stamped “Salem” and “1692”. The back of the piece is monogrammed and etched “1906”. This piece is the perfect addition to any collection!
The back of the bowl is marked with “Daniel Low”, “Sterling”, and the Gorham maker’s mark. 30.85g
Excellent condition with no cracks or dents. The gold wash inside the spoon is intact.
