We are offering an antique sterling silver etui, measuring about 2.25” long and 0.5” at its widest point. This is a lovely Edwardian etui that could hold hair pins, sewing needles, bodkins, or anything else someone may need, simple and functional. There are four hallmarks, marking it as sterling silver made by Horace Woodward & Co Ltd of Birmingham, England in the year 1907. There is a bail to attach to a chatelaine or something similar.
This piece is the perfect addition to any collection!
Very good to excellent condition. There are some small surface scuffs and dints, as expected of a piece of this age, but no dents or cracks. The hinges are sturdy and the lid stays closed.
