We are offering a really special piece that is close to my heart! From my personal collection. All original paint. All hand made.
This fabulous Swedish farmhouse corner cabinet was hand made by a Swedish immigrant during the 1920's. According to family history, his wife wanted glass shelves on the top , and to leave the cupboard open, so she could display her treasures.
Beautiful heavy deep orange paint finish! Great to show off colorful ceramic. Great for Roseville pottery, majolica, any colorful pottery or ceramics! Take the shelves out and put a flat screen TV. Many uses!
Such an interesting mesh of influences- Victorian style spattered paint on the top in orange, black and a touch of gold. A surprise of lime green jumps out at you when you open the bottom door! Great colors. Thick paint finish with age related crackling. This piece will make a room!
Gorgeous big black hand forged wrought iron hinges and door handle. Legs are finished in the Swedish style.
A chip or 2 on the top tempered glass shelf, some paint wear on the right bottom leg, age related paint wear.
Measures overall approx. 88" H x 37.5" W x 20.5 deep. You will need a corner with about 21" on both sides to fit this perfectly.
The 2 tempered glass shelves on top measure approx. 18"deep x 33" wide. Painted shelf about midway and one door below. The interior green shelves are flat, (the shadow makes it look like it is raised up, please disregard) Nice interior height for your treasures.
Door measures 17" W x 32" H
