Here we have an Antique Victorian-era Brass Oval Picture Frame. Dating back to the late 19th to early 20th century, this frame showcases intricate Rococo-style scrollwork with acanthus leaves, floral motifs, and a grand shell crest at the top. The oval photo opening is surrounded by a detail beaded border.
Stamped with “PAT APPLD FOR APR 24 94” and a serial number we believe it be "08939" on the back.
