We are offering an antique Wedgwood pitcher, measuring about 4” tall and 3.5” at its widest point. This piece is in the striking black basalt color, a matte black, with the iconic Wedgwood Jasperware pattern around the body and a grapevine scroll about the rim. The inside is glazed while the outside is not. It is the perfect size to be a creamer for a tea set. This truly unique piece is the perfect addition to any collection!
The bottom of the piece is marked “Wedgwood” along with some numbers and letters, dating it to sometime before 1891, most likely the early 19th century.
Excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
