Antique Wedgwood Porcelain Black Basalt Sugar Bowl Lidded England Rare 1868
We are offering an antique Wedgwood lidded sugar bowl, measuring about 3.75” tall and 6” at its widest point. This piece is in the stately black basalt color, striking and simple. There is minimal detail, making what is there stand out all the more. The inside is glazed while the outside is not. This truly unique piece is the perfect addition to any collection!
The bottom is marked “Wedgwood” with a potter’s “D” mark and a three letter date code, “HMW” for 1868.
Very good condition with no cracks. There is a chip on the bottom rim. Please inspect the provided photos carefully, as they are an extension of our written description.
