Antique Wedgwood Porcelain Portland Blue Jasperware Pitcher England 4.75” 1820s?
We are offering an antique Wedgwood pitcher, measuring about 4.75” tall and 4” at its widest point. This piece is in the iconic cream on dark blue color, with the classic Wedgwood Jasperware pattern in high relief around the body and a grapevine scroll about the rim. The inside is glazed while the outside is not. This truly unique piece is the perfect addition to any collection!
The bottom of the piece is marked “Wedgwood” along with some miscellaneous numbers, dating it to sometime before 1891, most likely the early 19th century.
Very good condition with no chips or cracks. There is some staining to the white, most notably on the inside and the bottom and less so on the relief. Please inspect the provided photos carefully, as they are an extension of our written description.
