Original Vintage Pressed Steel Sign Advertising Les Michener Jazz Swing Music Memorabilia
We are offering a vintage 1940-1950's pressed steel sign, measuring about 20” wide x 7” high.
This piece is painted with the words “Les Michener and his Orchestra” in yellow with white highlights. The edges are rounded and the background is a lovely blue-ish black.
Les had a big band and also had a music store in South Jersey for many years. We have 2 signs. One has a minor bend on one corner.
This piece is the perfect addition to any collection.
Very good condition with no chips or cracks. There is some amount of rust along the back, which is expected of a piece of this age.
