Shipping Policy
We use USPS and Fedex for our shipping.
All jewelry ships free to destinations in the United States, and any US Territory! If you require faster shipping options, please contact us. We are able to ship Express mail for you. Thanks!
We ship your item within 1-2 business days. Large items that are being shipped with a trucking company can take longer. Our shipper comes once a month for pick ups.

When we charge for shipping, there is a nominal handling fee that covers our expense for materials and labor. We try to keep our shipping fees as low as possible.
We pack professionally and carefully, so that you receive your item(s) in exactly the same condition that it was in prior to being packaged.

Returns:
Customer service is our #1 priority! We want you to be a satisfied and returning customer!
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item(s). You have 5 days to return the item to us. If it is post marked after 5 days, we will accept it back
and give you credit to purchase something else in exchange. No exchanges after 14 days.
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging.
Guitars, furniture, electronics, and a few other items are sold as is and are not returnable. We sell vintage and antique items. Our items can have signs of wear and
age related use. We do not consider that to be damage. We will note any damage, dings, cracks, chips in our listings.
