Rare Antique French Purple Amethyst Over Cut Glass Bowl Crystal Sawtooth France
We are offering a rare antique cut glass crystal bowl with a purple color overlay, measuring about 4” tall and 9” in diameter. This piece is a beautiful deep amethyst glass that contrasts with the cut patterns. Heavy! Thick walls.
Attributed to being made in France I was informed of that by a member of the Cut glass club that the bowl was made in France . There is a sawtooth rim and incredible detail in the cut pattern. This piece is the perfect addition to any collection.
Very good condition with no cracks. There are some small chips around the circumference, as expected of a piece of this age, which are hidden pretty well by the pattern.
