Vintage Glazed Redware Empire Dresser Bank by William Clark - Scroddleware
Here we have a decorative ceramic Empire Dresser/Chest-form bank with a striking faux woodgrain “scroddle” style surface. The entire piece is molded and glazed to emulate rich wood with swirling grain, accented by applied round knob details that mimic drawer pulls and stylized turned legs. This piece has a rear slot/opening for coins.
*Condition*This is a vintage decorative ceramic example with expected age-related wear. Generally in good condition, but unfortunately, is missing one of its legs.Edge chips and glaze loss at corners and feet. Abrasion and paint/grain surface loss visible on legs and edges Please closely examine photos for condition.
