Features green glass navettes (Marquise) rhinestones in the middle, and pave multi color faceted stones . Very typical Hobe Chritmas tree! So cute! This piece features a safety type clasp on the back.
Not marked, as many of them aren't. It once had a hang tag. If you do research, you find this is definitely by Hobe.
