Here we have a vintage or Small Scale Model Signal Cannon souvenir piece. Marked "ST. AUGUSTINE, FLA." plaque and "MADE IN U.S.A." casting. The stepped carriage is reminiscent of naval or fortress-style cannons. Potentially linked to Castillo de San Marcos. It has a drilled bore, which could mean it's capable of firing blank charges or small black powder loads.
