VTG Chinese Porcelain Shelf Sitter Figurine Pair Qing Boy w Duck & Girl w Cat
We are offering a vintage pair of shelf sitter figurines, each measuring about 12” tall (8” from where the figure is seated), 4.75” wide, and 5” deep (3.25” of which sits on the shelf). This pair depicts a young girl holding a cat and a young boy holding a duck, each with highly ornamented clothes painted with plants and figures. This pair is the perfect addition to any collection.
The bottom of each is marked with a Qianlong reign mark in red seal script.
Good condition with no chips or crazing. There is an error in the glaze on the girl’s pant leg, which is a result of the manufacturing process. The duck had broken off and been glued back on at some point before it came to us. Please inspect the photos provided carefully, as they are an extension of our written description.
