Antique American Optical Numont Rimless Eyeglasses 12K GF Art Deco Frames w Case
Today we have a distinguished Art Deco pair of Antique American Optical Numont rimless eyeglasses with 12k gold-filled metal hardware, clear prescription lenses, warm brown temple tips, and yellowed nose pads. The frames feature the classic Numont drilled rimless construction with a sleek upper brow bar, small screw mounts at the outer lens edges, and delicate metal cable-style arms.
Marked "1/10 12K GF" on the temple arm. Very appealing pair of opticals. Includes the original green hard eyeglass case shown.

Antique used condition with age-related wear. Frames show surface scratches, tarnish/darkening, and finish wear, especially around the hinges and arms. Lenses are prescription and show wear/scratching; they should be replaced or evaluated by an optician before use. Nose pads are yellowed from age. The temple sleeves/ear resting has some enamel loss. A regular cleaning and light oiling should keep them looking shiny. Case shows wear and interior lining deterioration/flaking, especially near the corners. Please review photos closely.
