Antique deco desk accessory letter opener and folding pocket knife in original box. Made by V.H. Blackinton Co., c.1920-1935, manufactured in Attleboro Falls, Mass, USA. Yellow, blue and grren enamel handle scales with a silver inlaid accents. Blade is marked on the tang , but is unreadable.
