Condition/Additional Notes
:
The medal comes with its original ribbon and pin clasp, still attached to the letter. The medal has never been cleaned, retaining a beautiful dark patina. The ribbon is in fair condition, with noticeable fraying and slight darkening of the thread, but still retains vibrant color, especially in the red. The paper and corners still lay nicely besides the folded crease that mayhave perhaps came from the mailing. Noticeable stains and discoloration on the letter. *Please Note that there are no authenticator documents for the letter, signature, or medal, and have not been authenticated by a third party while in our possesion. This item was attained directly from an estate.*
