ANTIQUE Z. S. & CO. BAVARIA WALL CABINET PLATE LANDSCAPE ROSES TRANSFER
Offered here is an antique wall or cabinet plate by Zeh Scherzer & Co. The plate features a beautiful scene of a house on the banks of a small river with a round stone bridge in the center. A shining yellow sun reflects off of the water with faded bluish trees in the far background. Delicate pink roses flank the edge of the landscape. A scalloped pattern makes up the rim.
Plates measure 9 5/8” Diameter x 1 1/4” High
Very good condition with no cracks, chips or crazing. Some minimal areas of wear from age, not unusual for a plate such as this.
Marked “Z.S.&Co. Bavaria” in green under the glaze. See photos.
