RARE ANTIQUE ROYAL DOULTON FLOW BLUE BABY PLATE DISH BOWL
Listed here is an antique Royal Doulton baby plate/dish from the early 20th century. The plate features a double green trim around the outer edge. The interior face features an adorable scene of a boy and girl walking together. The girl has some kind of small basket full of berries or fruits while the boy leans over while holding onto a branch. Included in the background is a large tree, a wooden fence, and a small house behind shrubs. The plate is crafted in the flow blue style.
Good condition with some wear and tear over the years. There is one medium sized chip on the bottom part of the top rim. A large amount of crazing also exists throughout, but it’s quite common in pieces of this nature. See photos.
Measures approximately 7 1/2 (19cm) in diameter x 1 1/4" (3.18cm) H
Marked on the base with the Royal Doulton mark used between 1902 and 1922. Also marked with the symbols: “D3O82” in green, and “2” in blue. See photos
