Vintage 1930s Effanbee Marionette Clippo the Clown Doll Puppet Great Condition 2
We are offering a vintage Effanbee marionette, measuring about 10” tall. This piece is of a young boy with a red polka dot costume and clown face paint. Effanbee made a small selection of marionettes in the 1930s, most notably “Clippo” the clown. All strings appear to be intact. The previous owner wrapped the piece up in protective plastic.
The hat is made of some sort of plastic , while a felt collar is around the neck . Marked on the back of the neck.
This piece is the perfect addition to any collection.
Good to very good condition with some age-related wear. We have not attempted to remove the marionette from the box.
