Vintage 1950's Plastic Santa Claus Christmas Topped Red & White Decorative Writing Pencil
Really neat and relatively well preserved example of a plastic Christmas Santa Claus facial mask topped pencil from the 1950's. Unknown maker, no marks along the pencil or the face. The pencil's top is decorated with a glued on figural Santa Claus face surrounded by a soft, felt-like material. Red and thin white stripes run down the pencil's exterior.
Measures 7 1/2" Long. Top decoration 1 1/4" L x 5/8" W.
Very good. Two tiny nicks/dents are seen in the pencil's exterior. Never sharpened. Facial decoration is light paint wear or fading to the red hat and pink face, yet the face is still distinct and very identifiable.
