Vintage Chinese Decorated Rose Medallion Porcelain Bowl - Made in Japan
Today we have a decorative vintage porcelain bowl in a colorful Rose Medallion pattern, featuring hand-painted figural courtyard scenes, floral panels, birds, fruit, scrollwork, and gilt accents throughout. The bowl has a flared rim and richly decorated with bright famille rose colors including pink, green, orange, black, and gold.
Marked on underside with red character mark and stamped "Japan China" and “Decorated in Hong Kong.” Dates around mid-20th century for the export market.
