Vintage Fenton Custard Uranium Glass Ruffled Vase Hand Painted Birds Signed
We are offering a vintage Fenton glass vase, measuring about 4” tall and 2.25” in diameter at the base with a 5” diameter neck. This piece is cast in Fenton’s signature custard glass, a uranium glass with a satin finish that looks striking with or without blacklight. The design depicts lovely blue birds perched on thin tree branches. This piece has a ruffled edge, a signature of Fenton’s design, that when paired with the satin glass almost gives the illusion the piece is made of fabric. This piece is the perfect addition to any collection.
The bottom is stamped with Fenton’s maker’s mark and is signed “Hand Painted by M. K…”. We aren’t sure of the name beyond the first two letters.
Excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
