Vintage NAPCO Japan ceramic elf salt and pepper shaker set featuring two musical elves, one holding a tambourine and the other playing a guitar. Each elf sits on a cube base decorated with musical notes and the letters “S” and “P” for salt and pepper.

Both pieces have a glossy white glaze with hand-painted facial details, gold accents, and colored trim. Bottoms are marked “102481/SP.”

Vintage pre-owned condition with age-related crazing throughout. There is paint wear/loss, especially on the green trim and raised areas, along with surface wear, discoloration/soiling to the bases, and minor finish wear to the gold accents. No major cracks or breaks. One is missing stopper.
