Vintage Pair of Hollywood Regency Brass Filigree Perfume Bottles w/ Amber Glass
Today we have an excetional pair of vintage Hollywood Regency perfume bottles. Ornate cast brass construction detailed with acanthus leaf decoration and pierced filigree bodies. Each holder is fitted with a warm amber-tinted round glass lens on the front, The tops are crowned with sculptural foliate finials, that also serve as perfume dabbers. The sides feature intricate openwork floral and vine motifs. Beautiful addition for fans of bold Hollywood Regency and Mid Century decorative pieces. Excellent vanity pieces.

Condition:
Very good vintage condition with attractive age-related patina to the brass. Amber glass windows are intact, and show some light wear typical of use. The perfume holder tubes show staining from previous storage. They have been cleaned, but staining persists. We had to reglue the dabbers into the top screws. They're now sitting well, but may need to be reglued again at some point (or maybe not!) Minor wear, oxidation, and light surface scratches consistent with age and normal use, especially some patina on the brass immediately surrounding the glass panels.
