Vintage Wooden Miniature Village Scene – German Erzgebirge Style, Hand-Painted
Charming vintage wooden putz miniature Christmas village scene, crafted in the traditional German Erzgebirge folk-art style. This set features a cohesive Old World European town layout with houses, towers, trees, walls, and a small pull-along toy train, all accented with hand-painted details. Thirty (30) piece lot in total.
The village includes multiple houses with red roofs, stepped-gable town buildings, tower structures, stylized trees, and curved stone-pattern wall sections with an arched gate. The pieces are designed to be arranged freely, allowing for custom layouts or seasonal displays. A small wooden train with several cars adds a whimsical, toy-like element that complements the village scene.
One building is stamped “Made in Germany East,” and "Made in German Democratic Republic", dating this lot circa 1950s-70s, with my best guess being mid to late 60's.

Very good, but they are vintage and consistent with age and use. Expect light surface wear, small paint losses, patina to the wood, and minor scuffs or marks, all of which add to the character of the set. No major breaks or repairs were observed. Please review photos closely for exact condition and included pieces.
