Vintage hand-painted toleware serving tray featuring bold, stylized figures in a design inspired by pre-Columbian / Aztec motifs.
The tray is constructed of metal (toleware) with cut-out side handles and a raised edge. The hand-painted surface shows visible brushwork and layered paint, giving it a textured, decorative appearance. Suitable for use as a serving tray, but deserves to have its on space on the wall as a central display piece. The reverse has a wire added for hanging.

Condition:
Good vintage condition. Displays beautifully. Paint loss, scuffs, and surface wear throughout consistent with age and use. Some edge wear and scattered chips to the painted surface. Structurally sound. Very beatufiul. Please closely inspect photos for condition and where some of the paint has chipped.
