Today we have a very nice vintage decorative porcelain scalloped rim bowl with a bright Rose Medallion / Famille Rose design, featuring hand-painted figural courtyard panels, floral and foliage motifs, green scrollwork, and gilt trim along the shaped scalloped rim.
The underside is marked “Japanese Porcelain Ware Decorated in Hong Kong for JASA International,” which places it as a mid-20th century piece. Made in Japan and decorated/export finished in Hong Kong. Nice colorful display piece with strong decorative appeal.
