Antique Cast Iron Bookend Art Deco Pair Rodin Thinker Bronzed Heavy High Relief
We are offering an antique pair of bookends, each measuring about 5.5” tall, 4.25” wide, and 2” deep. This pair mirror each other perfectly, each one depicting a profile view of Rodin’s The Thinker under a columned archway. Solid cast iron is the perfect weight to hold up a collection of books without tipping over. This pair is the perfect addition to any collection.
Very good to excellent condition with minimal age-related wear. The felt on the bottoms is worn but intact. There is a small amount of surface rust on the back sides.
