Antique Satin Glass 4 Shade Light Fixture - Drop Rose Design - Unique & Rare
Today we have a rare and unique antique four-light chandelier featuring a large central satin/frosted glass bowl surrounded by four matching hanging shades. The glass features a molded textured design with raised roses and foliage
The chandelier has an aged brass-tone metal pan and four decorative cast arms with suspended socket assemblies. Each of the four smaller shades is held in a brass-tone fitter with an individual switch. The large center bowl repeats the same rose decoration and molded ribbed detailing found on the smaller shades. One of the cast metal components is marked “Pateny No. 187.” Despite the patent number and motif on the main glass shade, we were not able to attribute this piece to any particular manufactuer.

*Condition*
Antique condition with age-related wear throughout. Brass and metal components show tarnish, oxidation, discoloration, surface wear and areas of patina. Glass shows scattered surface marks, discoloration and wear consistent with age. No obvious major cracks or large chips observed, though minor edge wear may be present. Floral decoration shows some age-related fading and wear. There is no wiring present. Fixture is untested and will require complete rewiring/restoration before installation or use. One of the switches also doesn't sit in place and will need to be stablilized/reattached before use. Please review all photos closely for condition and completeness.
