Impressive Herend Porcelain Rhinoceros Figurine, Model #15333, decorated by hand in the classic Rust Fishnet pattern.
Beautifully finished with rich 24K gold accents to the horn, nostrils and toenails, along with finely painted black eyes and eyelashes. The sculpt is especially detailed, with very impressively raised folds around the neck.
Marked on the underside with the blue Herend Hungary shield backstamp and “HANDPAINTED.” Also impressed “HEREND” and model number 15333.
