Vintage TRICO Japan Putz Village Figures 13 Pc Lot Composition Christmas
Today we have a very cool lot of 13 vintage Japanese-made & TRICO miniature composition / putz figures. Great for a Christmas village or general miniature town/village scenes. The group includes assorted hand-painted civilian and uniformed figures, travelers with bags, attendant/porter-style figures, one woman in red coat, and one small yellow dog figure.
Pieces appear to be molded composition/plaster-type material with painted finishes. Several are marked Japan, Made in Japan, and/or TRICO on the underside/base. The figures have a charming folk-art/dime-store look with simple molded detail and bright period paint colors.
*Condition*
Vintage/used condition with age-appropriate wear throughout. Some paint loss, small chips, surface scuffs, finish crazing, rubs, and general handling wear. Some undersides show roughness, old marks, and manufacturing irregularities. Please review photos closely, as all pieces are sold together as found.
