Antique Aqua Glass Rumford Bottle & Rum Works Hexagonal Bottle Lot
Antique lot of two Rumford glass bottles. One is clear with an embossed “RUMFORD” utility/apothecary style bottle and a taller hexagonal bottle embossed “RUMFORD CHEMICAL WORKS" in a beautiful aqua blue. Both appear to date to the late 19th or early 20th century and retain attractive age-related surface wear and interior haze consistent with dug or long-stored antique glass.
*Condition*
Sold as found, no cleaning has been performed. Surface scratches, scuffs, interior staining/cloudiness, and general wear from age and use. No major cracks observed. Please review photos carefully for exact condition and embossing details.
